Small Teapot, Bowl, Plate - Unmatched

I've had these bowls for a few years.  I found them at a now defunct thrift store for .99 each and had to have them.

The pattern is Rose Chintz by Johnson Bros.  Isn't it beautiful??

I found the small plate a year or two ago, and again I fell in love with it.  I knew it wasn't an exact match to the bowls, but it coordinated.  It does have some crazing, but that doesn't bother me.  For me, it adds to the vintage feel.

This is Washington, by Booths

I found this small teapot at Goodwill yesterday.  No makers mark, but it definitely coordinates with the blow and saucer, and it's a pretty shape so I bought it.

They coordinate well!

Royal Albert Peppermint Damask, Old Country Roses Series

This is the third teacup and saucer set I bought earlier today as part of the 3 for $25 deal.

This green caught my eye, I love greens.  This is Royal Albert Peppermint Damask, part of their Old Country Roses series.  When I saw it, I knew it had to be part of the same series as a teacup I posted about the other day, the dusky pink lace.

I wonder what the others in this series look like?  I'm probably not going to track them down and buy them, though.  I don't need all of a series, I'm simply collecting sets that appeal to me.

Elizabethan Teacup and Saucer

I don't know much about this design and I can't find anything online with a quick search.  It's Elizabethan fine bone china with a delicate and pretty clover design with gold trim.

The cup and handle are beautifully shaped.

This was also from the Facebook Marketplace seller I bought from today.

Royal Albert Blossom Time Series - Hawthorn

I ran across a post on Facebook Marketplace earlier today and ended up with 3 new teacups and saucers for just $25!

This is the one in the ad that caught my eye.    Beautiful design and colors, and I loved the shape of the teacup.  I wasn't interested in the other 2, but then she told me she had other teacups and asked if I wanted to see them.  You bet I did!  I ended up with 2 other teacups, which will be posted separately.

Peacock Design Teacup by Vera Bradley & Andrea by Sadek

Peacocks are a favorite of mine, depending on the design.  This teacup and saucer set did it for me.

I love the colors and the design that's around the rim of the saucer and cup.  As far as shape goes, it's utilitarian, but it works with this design.

This looks like it's a collaboration between Vera Bradley and Andrea by Sadek.

Nippon China Te-Oh Chocolate Pot & Cup

This is a beautiful Nippon China Te-Oh chocolate pot and cup and saucer set that I found at Goodwill and fell in love with!

I generally don't collect teapots, while they are pretty they're generally not something that interests me unless they have an unusual shape or design.  This one caught my eye because it's elegant and beautiful.

I use it as a vase every so often, but keep it on a display shelf in my kitchen.

Royal Albert Dusky Pink Lace, Old Country Roses Series

Royal Albert Dusky Pink Lace, another beautiful teacup!
